Golden Cross Cheese Company is a family owned business run by Kevin & Alison Blunt at Greenacres Farm, Holmes Hill, East Sussex. Together with Matthew, one of their three sons, and 3 part-time staff they have produced soft mould-ripened goats and sheep milk cheeses since 1989 from their herd of hay-fed goats.
