Our very own homemade jumbleberry jam, using Wimbledon strawberries, blackberries and gooseberries!
When we order fruit from the farm, we have to order by the tray, so sometimes we have some spare punnets. Rather than waste these, we turn them into a delicious jam. The sweetness of the strawberries is offset by the gooseberry tartness, while the blackberries add a great depth of flavour. Nothing artificial and nothing added apart from sugar.
