Our hampers are curated with love, care and attention to include the very finest Sussex fare, and then beautifully presented, making a memorable and delicious gift.
What's included?
Sussex Charmer (200g): A wonderfully tangy, moreish cheddar from Rudgwick, that has won 8 Gold Medals
Truffle Ewe (150g): A matured, semi soft sheep milk cheese with 2 distinct layers of decadent Italian black summer truffle running through it - an indulgent treat!
Sussex Slipcote (100g): A fresh soft sheep cheese made with 100% organic sheep milk, and has a light, creamy texture, that melts in the mouth, and a slightly sharp refreshing flavour.
Brighton Blue (200g): A semi-hard, smooth, creamy tasting mild blue cheese made from pasturised cow's milk and matured for 12 weeks, with small blue veins and a natural edible rind. Winning Gold and Silver at the British and World Cheese Awards respectively, this cheese also was selected for the cheese board for a dinner attended by HM the Queen and HRH the Duke of Edinburgh.
Chilli Marble (150g): This organic cheese has an attractive red marbling running through, with the delicious, creamy and flavoursome Saint Giles cheese coming through first, followed by the heat that comes to the back of the throat a few seconds later!
Mini Deerview chutney: A classic cheeseboard chutney to complement the cheese flavours, made in Wivelsfield with no artificial additives.
Sussex Thins: From Horsham Gingerbread, these delicious biscuits are made from butter, raw cane sugars, and local linseed meal, with a delicious nutty flavour, perfect with chutney.
