Ouse Valley Christmas Pudding Marmalade: A luxurious marmalade for a festive breakfast treat. This Christmas Pudding Marmalade won a Gold Award at the Dalemain Marmalade Awards. Made from Seville oranges, lemons, brandy soaked fruit and the spices of Christmas. A highly original seasonal take on marmalade. Use later in the year with toasted Hot Cross Buns!
Organic Little Sussex (80g): A delicious soft sheep milk cheese with a bloomy white coat. It has a mild delicate flavour and a fluffy texture when young, but becomes stronger and more flavoursome as it ages.
Sussex Charmer: A wonderfully tangy, rich, mature moreish cheddar from Rudgwick, that has won multiple gold medals at the Great Taste Awards.
Brighton Cheese Trio: Three layers of cheese, Mellow Brighton Blue, a very popular, lovely creamy, mellow blue cheese, Sister Sarah, a medium strength semi soft goat milk cheese, followed by St Giles, a wonderfully buttery, continental-style cheese.

Brighton Gin 40% Pavilion Strength mini (50ml): A hand-waxed mini bottle of the classic craft gin, distilled beside the seaside, with a smooth, citrusy finish. The subtle notes of juniper and persistent hints of orange make this gin gentle and approachable. Payne's Beeswax Festive Candle: A beautiful candle, made from 100% pure natural beeswax, shaped as a festive tree. 10cm tall and 4.5cms wide, these beeswax candles are all hand poured and made in small batches. Beeswax candles unlike other candles are believed to clean the air because as they burn because they produce negative ions.
